    Choose a night and request your seats. It takes about a minute, and Colleen replies to confirm.

  2. Paint along, one step at a time

    Colleen shows each stage, then you paint it at your own pace. Chat, laugh, and enjoy your night out.

  3. Take your painting home

    You leave with your own finished canvas.

Meet Colleen

Colleen Watchorn is a Manitoba artist and art instructor. At every paint night she breaks the painting into easy steps and demonstrates each one, so first-timers and seasoned painters both go home proud of what they made.

You’ll find her paint nights at community spots around the southeast, like the HyLife Centre in La Broquerie and Hanover Ag, and in living rooms for birthdays and get-togethers.

I’ve never painted before. Is that okay?

Absolutely. No experience needed. Colleen breaks the painting into simple steps and shows you each one before you try it, so you’re never left guessing.

What’s included?

Your canvas, paint, and brushes are ready at your seat. Just bring yourself, and maybe a friend.

How long does a paint night last?

Most paint nights run about two hours. Start and end times are listed on each event.

How do I pay?

After you request your seats, Colleen emails you to confirm and send payment details. Some events hosted by a venue have their own sign-up page. On those, the booking button takes you straight there.

Can I bring a drink or snacks?

It depends on the venue. Check the event details, or email Colleen and she’ll let you know.

Can I come with a group?

Yes! Request as many seats as you need in one booking. For a bigger group, a private party lets you choose the date and the painting.

What should I wear?

Something comfy that you don’t mind getting a little paint on. Acrylic paint doesn’t always wash out of clothes.

What if I can’t make it?

Email Colleen as soon as you know. She’ll do her best to help, whether that’s passing your seat to a friend or moving you to another night.

Do you do kids’ parties?

Yes, private parties can be for kids, teens, or adults. Mention the ages when you plan your party and Colleen will suggest a painting that suits the group.
